An enemy is now my friend.
Constantly I judged through misguided eyes.
A fool was I, though pride relinquished no admittance.
In recent I grew to understand my enemy.
Time passed, and I extended my hand in kind.
With only trivial quarrels my mind was at ease.
Curious still yet events to be unfolded.
My hand accepted, but yet do we speak...

The light and dark.
Dark's accusation:
Who pinched the sun from the sky,
And squeezed the clouds of rain?
Who wrestled the moon from the stars,
And made the night dark and plain?
Who pulled the meteors from the night,
And stole our wishes of peace and grain?
Who saw fit to douse the cold blue fires,
That filled the night sky and lit our way?
Lest ye feel forever pain and suffering,
Of thy horrible deed, sit whimpering.
Light's recant:
The sun has not gone from the sky,
And the clouds pour their rain.
Who could wrestle the moon from stars,
You are all mad, crazy, insane!
Never shall anyone take her meteors,
Their is plenty of food and grain.
They are sleeping the cold blue fires,
And will yet come back to light your way,
I say open your eyes now and see the light,
Follow me now, out of cave, into the bright.
Dark's recant:
This is no cave good sir you lie,
You trick us to follow you in pain.
Intending to lead us away, very far.
Leaving us in darkness, for shame.
Now do right and return the stars.
And the moon to it's rightful place.
Then leave us, you ghoulish scar,
We will find our way the same.
Now do as is told and leave us be
Back to our life as it should be.
Light's plee:
Very well, oh blind brothers of tar,
Stick to the foolish darkness plain.
And when you think to call me afar,
My response will be the same.
Come and follow me into the Star,
The light of heavens here hath came.
Open weary eyes and leave the dark,
And join in the warmth of heavens flame.
Lest you should be those that stay,
Don't be, dear brothers, walk with me.

Ripped my shorts(Freeverse)
I bent over to fix some flowers and Hrrriiipp!
"What the fuck!!!"
I ripped my shorts and went to the store in them.
Big diagonal rip about 8 inches wide, gaping hole.
And then I bought new shorts.
They we're comfortable.
Sigh of relief, "Cute butt!!!"
Blushing red I say, "Eat your heart out!"
I walk away smiling get in my car and drive away.
Wow what a day.

Dead Poets Society
Our long heard cry, Carpe Diem, seize the day,
Living deep, sucking the marrow of life as we may.
Out of the sitting crowd some got up to stand,
Out of the shyest room some grew bold and raised a hand.
Against conformity, against the grain,
Desolating formality, Artists were we in plain.
"Oh, Captain, my captain!!!" We sail the turbulent wind,
You found us only boys, but made us men.
Freethinkers are we, the proud few you see,
Of one accord are we, the Dead Poets Society.
Living deep, sucking the marrow of life as we may.

A Dark Event in the Peaceful Forest....
Silver plated guitars string the notes away, under the sun they play and play.
The night becomes them, the fires start, the trees glow with embers spark.
The wet dew resides and the forest grows silent, except the merry children all is quiet.
The moon shines through the trees, the soft silver light puts the wise at ease.
They too join the childrens' glee, light footed and ever dancing happily.
Off in the distance danger lurks, watching and waiting with an evil smurk.
The night grows colder and sleep approaches, still waiting patiently evil encroaches.
The children slip off to sleep unaware, as the wolf comes on the prowl teeth bare.
The Elders still awake converse by the fire, unaware of the evil about to transpire.
Quickly the wolf attacks fierce, blood pours from a man skin pierced.
Screams ring from man in pain, quick spear thrusting, the evil wolf is slain.
The chaos ceases, an evil chorus, a dark event in the Peaceful forest.

Purple confusion music.
This confusing music has me tripping all over myself, It's not rock or jazz or blues,
I hear purple, that deep passionate sadness, where your bleeding for clues.
You left me here too quickly,
In love and wanting, where is she,
She's gone away and left me with this confusing vinyl, belting notes of distress and tears,
The bleeding purple sadness creeping in, the blood on the ground drying, the creeping fears.

Storming flowers
Storming flowers, bring us showers, thunder lightning and rain. And on their petals water beads tears of olden' pain. Their truest nature blows through on thy atternoon winds, strippin' us our sickly souls bare of our sins. The budding flowers desolate our mindly fires, And lift the noses high. Breath deep the sweetly scent, enjoying well, soon their end is nigh. They fill the heart warmid love, for only an instant true, Their quickly fragile existence done they leave their mark on you. And as you'd may on an on through the fields to end, Ne'er will ye look upon a storming flower again.
